About: You will be picked up from your accommodation in Halls Gap/Pomonal.
Start your tour learning about the Grampians region from the moment you head off up the mountain.
First location you will visit was made well known by Walter Zumstein, discover what impact Walter had on the area while we take an easy 15 minute walk around the remains of Walter's contribution to the popularity of the Grampians.
Our next location is Mackenzie Falls, with the option (if feeling very fit and energetic) of walking down and up OR viewing from across on an easy 800m walk is also available. At this location a morning tea is provided of muffins and fruit.
Next location is another lookout - Reeds lookout, with a different cross view of the park providing an insight to the scale of the park. Includes a walk out to the Balconies (2.1km walk) rated easy (previously known as Jaws of Death) - discover why during the walk.
Next stop is the very popular Boroka lookout to get a full overview on the national park and see points of interest from this angle, no walking involved at this lookout.
Arriving back into Halls Gap by 1 - 1:30pm.
This morning is perfect if you are in Halls Gap for a short time and would like to be guided to all the main highlights and hear about the history of the sites and region as you travel along.
From here you will be dropped back at your designated location.
