- Morning tour: Meet 9:10am inside Information centre. Finishing at same location approximately 10:45am
- Afternoon tour: Meet 4pm inside the Information centre. Finishing at same location approximately 5:30pm

This small town has big history! The perfect way to get outside, learn a little, and spend time with a local. Walking tours give you a chance to literally take to the path and see the community from a different perspective, to wander around and learn about the story behind town.
Starting from the Halls Gap Information centre (117-119 Grampians Road, Halls Gap) meet your local guide who will lead you around the town, passing points of interest and stopping occasionally to discuss particular areas of interest in detail.
Following pathed footpaths, and some gravel areas, however some uneven surfaces and small undulation in the paths. However is walk is rated easy. Total of 2km is covered during this time.
The town has a great history and stories, so many interesting facts, events and have taken place and we cover many topics you will not find written in the books, but information passed down to us from long term locals.
On the afternoon tours the concludes at the Historical Society which is next door to the information centre. Great photography and articles for you to look at once the walk is over.
Children on this tour wail be given a "find it" picture sheet to keep them engaged as we walk around, plus we pass the park and opportunity for a quick play on the equipment while we talk too.
Minimum: 2 people is required. Maximum 20 people. Will run on advertised days unless the weather is unsuitable to walk in. For groups of 6 or more the tour can be provided on any day of your choice based on availability - contact us to arrange.

What to know
Water: Bring a bottle of water with you, we will walk past water stations if you need to refile.
What to bring/wear: Walking shoes or comfortable shoes is advised but can be done in thongs/flip flops. No other special dress requirements, just wear appropriate clothing based on the weather.
Children: Children 2 years to 5 years are free of charge when one paying adult is booking - please use the infant option when booking. Children 6 - 17 years are charge at the child rate, please use this option when booking.
