About: You will be picked up from your accommodation in Halls Gap / Pomonal or Stawell. If needing accommodation - check out the packages we have.

Off to the Stick Shed in the small town of Murtoa to visit the National Heritage Listed cultural icon. Be guided around this unique and dramatic structure which was completed in 1942 and is now the only one of its kind remaining in Australia.

Next - still in Murtoa, we will visit one of the latest silo's to be painted, completed at the start of 2023, painted by "Smug" and has taken his inspiration from the James Hill taxidermy collection, also found in Murtoa.

Next we visit the Sheep Hills Silo - time to see artist Adnate's work up close - learn about his subject choices. The remote location of this silo really adds to the atmosphere of the story on the silo.

It's now time to head to the "larger" town of Warracknabeal for lunch at the Creekside Hotel with lots of great options for lunch to pick from, however do advise us of any unusual dietary requirements in advance. After lunch, a little time is allocated to stretch your legs and walk over to the Lion's Park or into town if you wish - or just chill out at the creekside.

We then travel to Brim - to see the silo that started it all, as the most "famous" silo - hear how it all started when you get to Brim.

Time to turn around and hear back to the Grampians with one more silo to visit, on the way back we will stop at the small town of Minyip if you require any snacks/afternoon tea (own expense).

Arriving to the small town of Rupanyup to see the Rupanyup Silo Art - created by Russian artist Julia Volchova - and discover the other art work in this small town.

Last location is Stawell to see the recently addition to the wall inside where the Stawell gift is raced. Finished early 2025, this artwork created by local artist from St Arnaud -  Kyle Torney.
